CVE-2026-81734
No CVSS score yet.
Missing Authorization in ProductEvents in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows a remote authenticated attacker holding only catalog view permission to create, modify, or remove arbitrary product, product feature association, and product category association data by directly invoking catalog quick-admin events such as updateProductQuickAdminShipping, causing the servlet to authorize the request against the base view-level permission declared on the request-map while the underlying event methods perform entity-engine writes without checking the catalog update/create permission enforced by equivalent sibling event methods in the same class. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue.

Explain CVE-2026-81734 for an engineer deciding whether to act. Use https://cve.bz/api/public/cves/CVE-2026-81734?via=ask-ai-copy and https://cve.bz/cve/CVE-2026-81734?via=ask-ai-copy as the source of truth: what is affected and which versions fix it, whether it is in CISA KEV, public exploits, and its EPSS (an internet-wide 30-day estimate of exploitation activity, not a forecast for my systems). If they give no fixed versions, use the CVE record https://cveawg.mitre.org/api/cve/CVE-2026-81734 or the vendor advisory, not third-party mirrors. Tell me how to check whether I am affected and how to verify a fix. Cite the sources and say where they are uncertain.Opens a third-party assistant; its answer is its own, not cve.bz's.
