The reference\nis leaked and the controller can no longer runtime-suspend, so its clock\nstays enabled.\n\nSwitch to pm_runtime_resume_and_get(), which only increments the usage\ncounter on success.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/2fd6ecda5d1f47cffcfadddb35ee49402162c724","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a027e0d7765d1531ee39e4dae81951b04f32ba7b","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/b07b3925f676640103b3d74b93fc401b1c873d13","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/f73ee2bd2293f8cc340061c5229395ace71fc2eb","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/ff82fc3a4a1d417dee1229681cc5285986edb1fa"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-23T16:39:28.036610720+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-99049","score":0.00168,"percentile":0.06109,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
