For SDP VFs this leads to\ninvalid memory access as it was not initialized.\n\nThis patch adds a NULL check for `queue_to_pfc_map` before\ndereferencing it. Also, simplifies the logic by always assigning a\ndefault BPID first, then conditionally overriding it if CONFIG_DCB is\nenabled and the map exists.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/056994563935e049093f100efaad7e63ad113814","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/59fbbded05e559675930fd521b8d62b72828b52d"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T23:00:53.604569364+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-98806","score":0.0018,"percentile":0.07539,"date":"2026-10-26"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
