A reference obtained just before that stays harmless, as\ncreate_link() rechecks CONFIGFS_USET_DROPPING, already set by\nconfigfs_detach_prep(). Both configfs_unregister_subsystem() paths\nd_drop() after detaching, so this only makes rmdir match them.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/446720051d44eebaa81b33969173160057b73a33","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/5d7cbfb65e47cc71d5d94d87d5d0d1679080f3eb","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/925d8564f1b2d9b46c5ab63b9bc942cea006da9b","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/b315d865660766d45ecdbf7433a4e3d36a554b3b","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/f06c2d26d1999d37e93299db0ecead04ca7d0b9f"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-22T16:41:11.231219466+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-97949","score":0.00168,"percentile":0.06151,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
