{"cve":"CVE-2026-96274","nvd":{"published":"2026-09-29T20:17:31.610","modified":"2026-09-29T22:19:05.720","status":"Awaiting Analysis","description":"In Baicells Nova 430H, an unauthenticated device within radio range can send a malformed uplink message during connection setup that contains an invalid NAS payload. Because the eNodeB does not properly validate this payload, it forwards the message to the core network, which can trigger a shutdown of the signaling association for the cell. This results in a temporary service disruption until the eNodeB and core network re-establish connectivity.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:A/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:H","score":8.3},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:A/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.4},"cwes":["CWE-248"],"references":["https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/ics-advisories/icsa-26-272-04"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:56:48.555445741+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-96274","score":0.00159,"percentile":0.05028,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
