From 15.0.0 until 15.5.27 and 16.3.8, self-hosted applications using the Pages Router with statically generated or Incremental Static Regeneration pages can key a response cache entry without sufficiently binding it to the source route. A request can replace one page's cache entry with content from a different route, causing the affected page to serve incorrect content to every visitor until revalidation. Applications deployed on Vercel are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 15.5.27 and 16.3.8.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":6.3},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L","score":5.3},"cwes":["CWE-524"],"references":["https://github.com/vercel/next.js/commit/52c94abdd2ea5f416f5e8353ea8a2edd3fe311b8","https://github.com/vercel/next.js/commit/719e4c67d6e92df60246f95e1d96e2dd60789a52","https://github.com/vercel/next.js/releases/tag/v15.5.27","https://github.com/vercel/next.js/releases/tag/v16.3.8","https://github.com/vercel/next.js/security/advisories/GHSA-4jqv-mc3x-m676"],"products":["vercel:next.js"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:57:46.668721662+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-94543","score":0.00506,"percentile":0.42914,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-4jqv-mc3x-m676","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-4jqv-mc3x-m676","summary":"Next.js has cache poisoning of SSG and ISR pages in self-hosted applications","modified":"2026-10-07T20:45:06.342983181Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"next","purl":"pkg:npm/next","ranges":[">=15.0.0 <15.5.27"],"fixed":["15.5.27"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"next","purl":"pkg:npm/next","ranges":[">=16.0.0 <16.3.8"],"fixed":["16.3.8"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
