{"cve":"CVE-2026-94217","nvd":{"published":"2026-09-21T07:16:54.430","modified":"2026-09-24T14:18:20.040","status":"Awaiting Analysis","description":"A flaw was found in the User-Managed Access (UMA) implementation of Keycloak. The issue occurs in the authorization token endpoint when processing permission tickets. If two different users own resources with the same name, the system incorrectly merges the permissions from both resources when one user requests an authorization token. This allows an attacker to gain access scopes on a victim's resource that were never intended to be shared.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N","score":3.5},"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2026-94217","https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2537313"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:55:23.253742848+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-94217","score":0.00238,"percentile":0.14861,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
