A name carrying them therefore reaches the PSGI server intact. A server that does not validate keys writes it to the wire, so the bytes after the CRLF arrive as their own header line.\n\nThe application has to derive the header name from request data, not just the value.\n\nAn attacker who controls that data adds their own headers and splits the response.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-113"],"references":["https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer2/commit/ff89ac12af7b8899812a79e9924dfea7a5d9833b.patch","https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer2/issues/1822","https://metacpan.org/release/CROMEDOME/Dancer2-2.2.0/changes","http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2026/09/22/3"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:55:23.253742848+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-93711","score":0.00372,"percentile":0.31203,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
