However, at that point the fence has\nonly been kmalloc'd — dma_fence_init() has not been called yet, so the\nrefcount and the fence ops are uninitialized. Calling dma_fence_put() on\nsuch an object leads to undefined behavior.\n\nUse kfree() instead, since the fence is just a plain allocation at this\nstage, and rename the label to err_fence_free to reflect the actual\ncleanup action.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":7.0},"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/58952c83dfe6ea3294a74734d2d1018c1120779a","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/5fd8baacc7dc477df9cac61b45491840247a9b1e","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/621707dc67c9846fd876d7579ec951d92aa033f1","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/be539138d9a187af3b884525a395db10797c64f1"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:55:23.253742848+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-93121","score":0.00155,"percentile":0.04576,"date":"2026-10-26"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
