That return value was passed straight to o->fn as\nthe number of bytes to emit.\n\nThis could cause a read past end of the output buffer if a call to\nhost1x_debug_* produced a string longer than 256 bytes. This only\naffected the debugfs files as the printk debug sink ignores the\nnumber of bytes. In practice, this is very unlikely to occur.\n\nFix by switching to vscnprintf(), which returns the number of bytes\nactually written.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/41517c46002afd717f0f2d0975c740dd610f87fe","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/4f9f0afdbdf513a49065207ff6b7e1d15051175a","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/819dd96a6571f2b12496b080e5187ba3fa897232","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/9ad7a6ccc7b839247663d57d3dbb4481dec492de","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/b00290d1dc23a5ef9a0d3103aad1fe2274e86569"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:55:23.253742848+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-93061","score":0.00216,"percentile":0.11977,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
