If the user\nthen goes on to read the schemata file in the resctrl filesystem then the\nmpam_component will be accessed from resctrl_arch_get_config() leading to a\nuse after free.\n\nAs the MPAM driver is not a module the unbind sysfs interface is the only\nway to trigger the remove. Instead of dealing with the complexity of\nallowing some unused MSC to unbind just remove the unbind sysfs interface.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/7d199b6a0651abad3ca6d0877dbedbe8fe6ea9e2","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/bb1a0f582d519c0461b0940116e2b52c5ba31459"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:55:23.253742848+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-90270","score":0.00198,"percentile":0.09427,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
