If the client disconnects before it sends\nthe authenticate request, neither the authenticate nor error cleanup paths\nfree the object.\n\nRelease any remaining preauthentication sessions when tearing down the\nconnection. Initialize the list when allocating the connection so that this\ncleanup is safe regardless of the negotiated dialect.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/06c7b1d731bc105a8644f1b70165ba8b9416cbab","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/8e2ebc77678832e981adc008d25cd8f67d08ebc4","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a41a98ee16ae038751b6639decadaa3ce15ca18a","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/b62b1ebb25f0a19067ed5b1a86036b2dc98be44f","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/effcf48d79d8aa53113d8289e140746f25ceb62c"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:55:23.253742848+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-90169","score":0.0024,"percentile":0.1495,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
