A logoff or\nsession replacement can consequently move an unrelated connection to\nNEED_RECONNECT or NEED_SETUP.\n\nPass the target session itself and select connections using either the\nconnection-local session xarray or the session's permanent channel list.\nUse the same association test while waiting for requests to drain.\n\nSerialize session-wide status changes under request_lock and do not\noverwrite EXITING or RELEASING. Protect the shutdown transition with the\nsame lock so a concurrent session update cannot revive a closing\nconnection.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/0875872718b98e8530fbc634e5aa7dbd3253b80d","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/1ff0e41afbe73240a7d7b96d4e8e86d0aaf0fe0b","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/3d66f3ec3c69fa242939a9f9e6815df33390b1bb","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/3deefd5fb1368e2577144b0961b1a5df26b587d1","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/c50e628122aed077695669e25b842e778511a43d"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-22T16:41:11.231219466+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-90154","score":0.00209,"percentile":0.10936,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
