Zero the mailbox struct so a failed query\nyields deterministic zeroed state instead of leaking stack contents.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/13d645a2cdb224d27205368f3e3c68bb160daf97","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/1f49e861c18caf8eef7f0ad9a2c5034f88a6ba79","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/2f847f06bb223aa895eea91fc9e5e2d6314038eb","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/9efaa782845b4d5fb3e01242be0d06ebc7428d8f","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/9f31de4d07e4cde91dfc24522993a5fbb4d67083"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:54:41.405518556+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-89852","score":0.00216,"percentile":0.1195,"date":"2026-10-26"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
