Its hw fence value lives in wb (GTT) memory and\nsurvives a MODE1 reset while fence_drv.sync_seq keeps advancing, so after a\nreset the first KIQ submission can poll forever on a seq that is never written\nback.\n\nForce complete the KIQ ring fences too so their hw fence is realigned to\nsync_seq.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/11adb2bae30a3155395594e5c9bc0daf0c4ffa15","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/9944329e409b04d71fa22f39b38a4bd78b75bcd9","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/bdd6a58743e00ebc6d52b9cdf9aafb4e535e0b71","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/c26cbd5c33cd72daa03079235de60688a3c97c52","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/fd65d1742992361fc2201ecb4e43411e6e417fcb"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-22T16:41:11.231219466+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-89813","score":0.00209,"percentile":0.1095,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
