The WechatRestApi.index() method passes the raw request body to SignUtil.xmlToMap(), which uses an unhardened dom4j SAXReader without DTD or external-entity restrictions. Unauthenticated remote attackers can submit DOCTYPE declarations with external parameter entities to read arbitrary local files or trigger outbound HTTP requests, with resolved entities reflected in error responses.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":8.7},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-611"],"references":["https://gitee.com/moxi159753/mogu_blog_v2/releases","https://github.com/LinYuanyi1/cve-request-poc/blob/master/mogublog-poc/C10_wechat_callback_unsigned.py","https://github.com/moxi624/mogu_blog_v2","https://github.com/moxi624/mogu_blog_v2/blob/025d78c7ac7e19b1abf796fa3cc158d855723d15/mogu_utils/src/main/java/com/moxi/mogublog/utils/wechat/SignUtil.java","https://github.com/moxi624/mogu_blog_v2/blob/025d78c7ac7e19b1abf796fa3cc158d855723d15/mogu_web/src/main/java/com/moxi/mogublog/web/restapi/WechatRestApi.java"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:53:43.293028046+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-89260","score":0.00734,"percentile":0.54408,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
