The system incorrectly bypasses API key validation when the WEBHOOK_AUTH_ENABLE configuration is set to False (which is the default setting). This allows a remote attacker who knows a flow's UUID to execute it as if they were the owner, potentially leading to Remote Code Execution (RCE).","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-306"],"references":["https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7278921"],"products":["langflow:langflow"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-25T17:50:08.599881581+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-8505","score":0.00719,"percentile":0.53618,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-cf6m-vc3m-7cgm","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-cf6m-vc3m-7cgm","summary":"Langflow: Unauthenticated Flow Execution via Webhook Authentication Bypass","modified":"2026-10-15T14:56:16.866108219Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"langflow","purl":"pkg:pypi/langflow","ranges":[">=1.7.0 <1.9.1"],"fixed":["1.9.1"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-4233","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-4233","summary":"Langflow: Unauthenticated Flow Execution via Webhook Authentication Bypass","modified":"2026-10-15T14:45:12.948594146Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"langflow","purl":"pkg:pypi/langflow","ranges":[">=1.7.0 <1.9.1"],"fixed":["1.9.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
