The SSH daemon allows root login via key authentication and starts automatically. An attacker with the matching private key can gain a root shell on any affected device, resulting in full system compromise. The key cannot be removed without remounting the file system and survives a factory reset. Vendor notes that this functionality was used only for service purposes.\n\n\nThis issue was fixed in version 3.0.30","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:A/AC:H/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":7.7},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-1242"],"references":["https://cert.pl/posts/2026/09/CVE-2026-82928/","https://www.fif.com.pl/pl/strona-glowna/1367-mh-developer.html"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:56:48.555445741+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-82928","score":0.00183,"percentile":0.07878,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
