This leads to a divide-by-zero in\nenetc4_default_rings_allocation() when distributing rings among PF and\nVFs.\n\nDivision by zero is undefined behavior in C. On ARM64, the UDIV/SDIV\ninstructions silently return zero rather than raising an exception, so\nthe issue does not cause a visible crash. However, relying on this\nbehavior is incorrect and poses a cross-platform compatibility risk.\n\nAdd an explicit check for num_vsi == 0 and return early after the PF's\nrings have been configured.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/5da65537792b68b6052ffcab65e04c27aea6dfe4","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/cd37bcb67f909a8683cc8c38a63ac7367a7f6161"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:50:50.842544443+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-80610","score":0.00198,"percentile":0.09547,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
