This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application and can be used to query and modify information from internal services. Exploitation requires that the SES bounce handling key ('_fc_bounce_key') has never been stored (i.e., the site is in its default/unconfigured state with respect to SES bounce handling) as visiting the bounce configuration page auto-generates and stores a random key that causes the authentication check to evaluate correctly and reject unauthenticated requests.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":5.4},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fluent-crm/tags/2.9.87/app/Hooks/Handlers/ExternalPages.php#L113","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fluent-crm/tags/2.9.87/app/Hooks/Handlers/ExternalPages.php#L85","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fluent-crm/tags/2.9.87/app/Hooks/Handlers/ExternalPages.php#L87","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fluent-crm/trunk/app/Hooks/Handlers/ExternalPages.php#L113","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fluent-crm/trunk/app/Hooks/Handlers/ExternalPages.php#L85"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:36:28.938604137+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-7798","score":0.00695,"percentile":0.5301,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
