{"cve":"CVE-2026-67354","nvd":{"published":"2026-08-01T13:17:06.143","modified":"2026-10-08T16:17:32.753","status":"Awaiting Analysis","description":"guzzlehttp/guzzle versions before 7.15.1 contain an information disclosure vulnerability in RedirectMiddleware. When the optional allow_redirects.referer setting is enabled, the middleware copies the URI fragment (the portion after '#') from the referring request into the generated Referer header when following a same-scheme redirect (e.g., HTTPS to HTTPS). An attacker who controls the redirect destination can read this fragment from the incoming Referer header, potentially disclosing one-time login secrets, access tokens, state values, or other sensitive client data to a server never meant to receive it. The referer setting is disabled by default. Fixed in 7.15.1, which strips the fragment before generating the Referer value.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":8.2},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":5.9},"cwes":["CWE-201"],"references":["https://github.com/guzzle/guzzle/security/advisories/GHSA-h95v-h523-3mw8","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/guzzlehttp-guzzle-before-uri-fragment-disclosure-via-referer"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:47:10.050265369+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-67354","score":0.00372,"percentile":0.30931,"date":"2026-10-26"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-h95v-h523-3mw8","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-h95v-h523-3mw8","summary":"Guzzle: URI fragments disclosed in redirect Referer headers","modified":"2026-09-10T03:50:52.523072195Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Packagist","name":"guzzlehttp/guzzle","purl":"pkg:composer/guzzlehttp/guzzle","ranges":["<7.15.1"],"fixed":["7.15.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
