That is the reservation value\nfrom before the overhead was added.\n\nThe computed value is stored back in req->resblks and later passed\nto xfs_trans_alloc(), whose block reservation argument is unsigned\nint. Check the computed reservation so the existing limit applies\nto the value that will be used.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.5},"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/0a5213bbff62b51c7d4999ac8c7e11ea57d00d45","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/4707344b0d36d1012c8a1716e20167cd3afdd5f1","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a62ef2d13d6e7270dd5e88c6082bf2d0edcd5112","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/c597c8580d50127fc1221b5a5b653a94d49e23e3"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:46:40.600842820+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-64357","score":0.00162,"percentile":0.05346,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
