{"cve":"CVE-2026-62179","nvd":{"published":"2026-10-07T15:17:23.073","modified":"2026-10-07T17:16:56.193","status":"Awaiting Analysis","description":"PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In `praisonai-platform` prior to version 0.1.9, issue dependency deletion can be authorized against the wrong side of a dependency edge. A workspace member cannot delete a dependency through the owner-created issue endpoint, but can delete the same dependency through a member-owned related issue endpoint because the route accepts either endpoint and checks delete permission only against the caller-selected URL issue. Version 0.1.9 patches the issue.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-862","CWE-863"],"references":["https://github.com/MervinPraison/PraisonAI/security/advisories/GHSA-mxmx-rh57-jx58"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:58:01.639778232+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-62179","score":0.00175,"percentile":0.06887,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-mxmx-rh57-jx58","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-mxmx-rh57-jx58","summary":"PraisonAI: Platform members can delete owner issue dependencies through member-owned related issues","modified":"2026-10-15T14:55:34.850657569Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai-platform","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai-platform","ranges":["<0.1.9"],"fixed":["0.1.9"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-4263","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-4263","summary":"PraisonAI: Platform members can delete owner issue dependencies through member-owned related issues","modified":"2026-10-15T14:55:34.850657569Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai-platform","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai-platform","ranges":["<0.1.9"],"fixed":["0.1.9"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
