Prior to 9.9.1-alpha.13 and 8.6.83, a LiveQuery subscriber could receive object field values they were not authorized to read when a single save changed both an object field and the subscriber's ACL read access, because leave and enter events included the wrong object state. This issue is fixed in versions 9.9.1-alpha.13 and 8.6.83.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":2.3},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-200"],"references":["https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server/commit/c9b24cecfee76d8563019adaacbcbd78471dc41e","https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server/commit/e9c85dfe40a866a55ebae3b6ae56285ac0a22e64","https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server/pull/10515","https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server/pull/10516","https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server/releases/tag/8.6.83"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-25T17:50:06.907763985+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-57481","score":0.00527,"percentile":0.44357,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-97pr-9hgg-3p8r","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-97pr-9hgg-3p8r","summary":"parse-server: LiveQuery discloses object data to a subscriber across an ACL read-access change","modified":"2026-07-14T16:40:56.037831743Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"parse-server","purl":"pkg:npm/parse-server","ranges":[">=9.0.0 <9.9.1-alpha.13"],"fixed":["9.9.1-alpha.13"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"parse-server","purl":"pkg:npm/parse-server","ranges":["<8.6.83"],"fixed":["8.6.83"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
