Prior to 7.0.2, this vulnerability breaks normal ticket isolation boundaries between agents. Any authenticated agent, even one with no active tickets assigned to them, can view the titles, status, labels, and URL links of GitHub/GitLab issues attached to any ticket in the system. This allows an internal user to systematically view GitHub/GitLab issue data linked by other agents or administrators across the organization by simply querying random or sequential ticket IDs. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.0.2.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:P/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":5.1},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://github.com/zammad/zammad/commit/c767f32c006ff9842152f78e12f355f7f485304f","https://github.com/zammad/zammad/commit/e50ef69beab897317caa5e9490edba33aa1ac978","https://github.com/zammad/zammad/releases/tag/7.0.2","https://github.com/zammad/zammad/security/advisories/GHSA-96hh-fmj3-h4hp"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:56:48.555445741+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-56726","score":0.00341,"percentile":0.27601,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
