This is due to missing nonce verification on the toggle_sync_status() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to toggle the status of sync rules (enable/disable) via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N","score":4.3},"cwes":["CWE-352"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fusewp/tags/1.1.24.2/src/core/src/AjaxHandler.php#L149","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/fusewp/trunk/src/core/src/AjaxHandler.php#L149","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&new=3505110@fusewp/trunk/src/core/src/AjaxHandler.php&old=3172907@fusewp/trunk/src/core/src/AjaxHandler.php&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=","https://wordpress.org/plugins/fusewp/","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/1ff5889e-b9fd-494f-b25d-78e85e94d34c?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:46:40.600842820+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-5582","score":0.00196,"percentile":0.09327,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
