Prior to 1.9.1, unauthenticated users can upload any amount of data to the server without any limitations. No need for any prior knowledge, only network access to Langflow. This can lead to space exhaustion on the server. In addition, in the response, the absolute path of the uploaded file is reported to the attacker, which is an information leak that can assist in chaining other primitives. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.9.1.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:N/A:H","score":9.3},"cwes":["CWE-200","CWE-306","CWE-400"],"references":["https://github.com/langflow-ai/langflow/pull/12831","https://github.com/langflow-ai/langflow/security/advisories/GHSA-x223-p2gf-v735","https://github.com/langflow-ai/langflow/security/advisories/GHSA-x223-p2gf-v735"],"products":["langflow:langflow"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-25T23:44:33.281319194+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-55450","score":0.0119,"percentile":0.67745,"date":"2026-10-26"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-x223-p2gf-v735","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-x223-p2gf-v735","summary":"Langflow: Unauthenticated file upload leads to DoS (space exhaustion) and information leak","modified":"2026-06-26T00:11:14.174707076Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"langflow","purl":"pkg:pypi/langflow","ranges":["<1.9.1"],"fixed":["1.9.1"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-224","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-224","summary":"","modified":"2026-06-26T00:00:06.051127409Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"langflow","purl":"pkg:pypi/langflow","ranges":["<1.9.1"],"fixed":["1.9.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
