{"cve":"CVE-2026-54304","nvd":{"published":"2026-06-23T17:17:06.603","modified":"2026-10-26T11:10:00.157","status":"Analyzed","description":"n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 1.123.55, 2.25.7, and 2.26.1, an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows and access to a SecurityScorecard credential with limited allowed domains could configure the SecurityScorecard node's report download operation to target an attacker-controlled URL. The node attached the SecurityScorecard API token to the outbound request, causing the credential to be sent to the attacker-controlled host bypassing credential configured limitations and exfiltrating. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.123.55, 2.25.7, and 2.26.1.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:H/SI:L/SA:N","score":7.1},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.7},"cwes":["CWE-200"],"references":["https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/security/advisories/GHSA-rm2v-h48j-895m"],"products":["n8n:n8n"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-26T11:33:08.859761529+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-54304","score":0.00382,"percentile":0.32009,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-rm2v-h48j-895m","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-rm2v-h48j-895m","summary":"n8n: SecurityScorecard Node Leaks API Token to User-Controlled Host","modified":"2026-07-20T14:00:25.542030296Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"n8n","purl":"pkg:npm/n8n","ranges":["<1.123.55"],"fixed":["1.123.55"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"n8n","purl":"pkg:npm/n8n","ranges":[">=2.26.0 <2.26.1"],"fixed":["2.26.1"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"n8n","purl":"pkg:npm/n8n","ranges":[">=2.0.0-rc.0 <2.25.7"],"fixed":["2.25.7"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
