Prior to 2026.04.1, the password-reset page rendered the URL token directly into a JavaScript string literal in a server-rendered EJS template. EJS <%= %> HTML-entity-encodes a fixed set of characters but does not escape single quotes or backslashes, so a crafted token could break out of the JS string context and execute attacker-controlled script in the NocoDB origin. Triggering required only that a victim follow a malicious password-reset link. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.04.1.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:A/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":5.1},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-79"],"references":["https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb/security/advisories/GHSA-6xcx-7qmg-vjfq"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:41:17.107060303+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-47376","score":0.00444,"percentile":0.38598,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-6xcx-7qmg-vjfq","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-6xcx-7qmg-vjfq","summary":"NocoDB: Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via Password Reset Token","modified":"2026-07-20T21:30:33.174928165Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"nocodb","purl":"pkg:npm/nocodb","ranges":["<2026.04.1"],"fixed":["2026.04.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
