{"cve":"CVE-2026-47265","nvd":{"published":"2026-06-02T20:16:37.903","modified":"2026-07-21T19:10:00.107","status":"Analyzed","description":"AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to version 3.14.0, cookies set with the `cookies` parameter on requests are sent after following a cross-origin redirect. If a developer uses the `cookies` parameter on a per-request basis then sensitive data might be leaked to an attacker if they manage to control a redirect. Version 3.14.0 patches the issue. If unable to upgrade, using a `Cookie` header in the `headers` parameter is not vulnerable.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U","score":6.6},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-346"],"references":["https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/commit/f54c40851b0d6c4bbdab97ba518a223adda32478","https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/security/advisories/GHSA-hg6j-4rv6-33pg"],"products":["aiohttp:aiohttp"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:37:48.043517290+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-47265","score":0.0015,"percentile":0.04156,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-hg6j-4rv6-33pg","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-hg6j-4rv6-33pg","summary":"AIOHTTP is vulnerable to cross-origin redirect with per-request cookies","modified":"2026-09-10T03:50:49.888335735Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"aiohttp","purl":"pkg:pypi/aiohttp","ranges":["<3.14.0"],"fixed":["3.14.0"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-2105","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-2105","summary":"","modified":"2026-07-13T07:15:15.566262179Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"aiohttp","purl":"pkg:pypi/aiohttp","ranges":["<3.14.0"],"fixed":["3.14.0"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
