This leads\nto a kref leak where the gss_auth structure is never freed.\n\nAdd a forward declaration for gss_free_callback() and call kref_put()\nin the err_put_pipe_version error path to properly release the\nreference taken earlier.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.5},"cwes":["CWE-401"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/3b2b6c42070ce4204936288253baf101e995c2d3","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/655c9ba9915f05266998dbbf4b76b3c79b8a70aa","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a1bc9561b617ec7e2d09e6c134d1db8fcf9ca4a6","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a2d4e9a76de0b2178001214ba5de5bf94a7354aa","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/b559be2ec6cdb2e9c2c36c23fbbd4690d8a5c3f7"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:36:28.938604137+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-45964","score":0.0016,"percentile":0.05151,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
