Prior to 1.123.43, 2.22.1, and 2.20.7, an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows could achieve global prototype pollution via an unvalidated pagination parameter in the HTTP Request node. Combined with other techniques this could lead to RCE on the instance. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.123.43, 2.22.1, and 2.20.7.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:H/SI:H/SA:H","score":9.4},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.9},"cwes":["CWE-1321"],"references":["https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/security/advisories/GHSA-c8xv-5998-g76h"],"products":["n8n:n8n"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-26T11:33:08.859761529+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-44789","score":0.00529,"percentile":0.44468,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-c8xv-5998-g76h","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-c8xv-5998-g76h","summary":"n8n: HTTP Request Node Pagination Prototype Pollution to RCE","modified":"2026-07-20T13:45:33.803274345Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"n8n","purl":"pkg:npm/n8n","ranges":["<1.123.43"],"fixed":["1.123.43"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"n8n","purl":"pkg:npm/n8n","ranges":[">=2.21.0 <2.22.1"],"fixed":["2.22.1"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"n8n","purl":"pkg:npm/n8n","ranges":[">=2.0.0-rc.0 <2.20.7"],"fixed":["2.20.7"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
