From version 2.4.1 to before version 4.6.34, PraisonAI exposes optional SQL/CQL-backed knowledge-store implementations that build table and index identifiers from unvalidated name and collection arguments. Applications that pass untrusted collection names into these backends can trigger SQL or CQL injection. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.34.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:L","score":6.3},"cwes":["CWE-20","CWE-89"],"references":["https://github.com/MervinPraison/PraisonAI/security/advisories/GHSA-3643-7v76-5cj2","https://github.com/MervinPraison/PraisonAI/security/advisories/GHSA-3643-7v76-5cj2"],"products":["praison:praisonai"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:33:55.586217763+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-44337","score":0.00216,"percentile":0.12046,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-3643-7v76-5cj2","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-3643-7v76-5cj2","summary":"PraisonAI knowledge-store backends interpolate unvalidated collection names into SQL and CQL queries","modified":"2026-07-13T16:43:00.119363127Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai","ranges":[">=2.4.1 <4.6.34"],"fixed":["4.6.34"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-2897","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-2897","summary":"PraisonAI knowledge-store backends interpolate unvalidated collection names into SQL and CQL queries","modified":"2026-07-13T16:32:48.248228157Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai","ranges":[">=2.4.1 <4.6.34"],"fixed":["4.6.34"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
