This can leads to a use-after-free\nespecially in opinfo_get() where atomic_inc_not_zero() is called on\nalready freed memory.\n\nFix this by switching to deferred freeing using call_rcu().","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-416"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/08aa9f3c8cf4d0bee44df540dfe34e8d64069f2c","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/1d6abf145615dbfe267ce3b0a271f95e3780e18e","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/1dfd062caa165ec9d7ee0823087930f3ab8a6294","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/302fef75512b2c8329a3f5efab1ae7ba2562387a","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/ce8507ee82c888126d8e7565e27c016308d24cde"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:33:55.586217763+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-43376","score":0.00444,"percentile":0.38667,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
