This ensures existing cgroup\nmemory limits apply and prevents uncontrolled kernel memory growth without\nintroducing additional policy or per-file limits.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.5},"cwes":["CWE-401"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/26b4309a3ab82a0697751cde52eb336c29c19035","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/405fd652d8fedff219a8f48daf8f20e881e303ab","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/815fa29cab3c67bebb9d0b5f41145cdd3a14d04d","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/866e0c1a9e7244d58ed74853cb22b81e1900cfdd","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/8e1664b9ee43608eb973d357ae5d858d30cbc9ca"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:33:55.586217763+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-43287","score":0.00123,"percentile":0.02028,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
