We also currently don't have a devlink between\nit and the actual reset consumer. Suppress sysfs bind attributes so that\nuser-space can't unbind the device because - as of now - it will cause a\nuse-after-free splat from any user that puts the reset control handle.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":7.8},"cwes":["CWE-416"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/09d6efc6abd42809956d598906c222ccd1c8ae92","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/16de4c6a8fe9ff497ca1aba33ef0dbee09f11952","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/1d7d869f074f98c34fe23f6a56e5f3acc1f95a2b","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/76801c3dfca0ac6339a23e9615b5f23e25b8644c"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:33:55.586217763+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-43138","score":0.00134,"percentile":0.02893,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
