Prior to version 1.14.1, in specific scenarios, models using conditions with caching enabled can result in two different check requests producing the same cache key. This could result in OpenFGA reusing an earlier cached result for a subsequent request. The preconditions for vulnerability are the model having relations which rely on condition evaluation and the user having caching enabled. OpenFGA v1.14.1 contains a fix.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:L","score":5.0},"cwes":["CWE-706","CWE-863"],"references":["https://github.com/openfga/openfga/releases/tag/v1.14.1","https://github.com/openfga/openfga/security/advisories/GHSA-57j5-qwp2-vqp6"],"products":["openfga:helm_charts","openfga:openfga"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:30:49.762551342+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-41131","score":0.00145,"percentile":0.03745,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-57j5-qwp2-vqp6","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-57j5-qwp2-vqp6","summary":"OpenFGA has Improper Policy Enforcement","modified":"2026-09-10T03:50:42.824662710Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/openfga/openfga","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/openfga/openfga","ranges":["<1.14.1"],"fixed":["1.14.1"]}]},{"id":"GO-2026-5136","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GO-2026-5136","summary":"OpenFGA has Improper Policy Enforcement in github.com/openfga/openfga","modified":"2026-07-07T22:59:27.408088158Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/openfga/openfga","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/openfga/openfga","ranges":["<1.14.1"],"fixed":["1.14.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
