Prior to 4.5.115, the A2U (Agent-to-User) event stream server in PraisonAI exposes all agent activity without authentication. The create_a2u_routes() function registers the following endpoints with NO authentication checks: /a2u/info, /a2u/subscribe, /a2u/events/{stream_name}, /a2u/events/sub/{id}, and /a2u/health. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.115.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-200"],"references":["https://github.com/MervinPraison/PraisonAI/security/advisories/GHSA-f292-66h9-fpmf"],"products":["praison:praisonai"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:28:59.047572785+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-39889","score":0.00417,"percentile":0.35973,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-f292-66h9-fpmf","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-f292-66h9-fpmf","summary":"PraisonAI Has Unauthenticated SSE Event Stream that Exposes All Agent Activity in A2U Server","modified":"2026-07-13T16:43:16.818370561Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai","ranges":["<4.5.115"],"fixed":["4.5.115"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-2911","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-2911","summary":"PraisonAI Has Unauthenticated SSE Event Stream that Exposes All Agent Activity in A2U Server","modified":"2026-07-13T16:33:02.186843164Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai","ranges":["<4.5.115"],"fixed":["4.5.115"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
