Prior to 2.7.0, sStored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in the 360° panorama viewer allows any authenticated user to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any other user who views the malicious panorama with the OCR overlay enabled. The attacker uploads an equirectangular image containing crafted text; OCR extracts it, and the panorama viewer renders it via innerHTML without sanitization. This enables session hijacking (via persistent API key creation), private photo exfiltration, and access to GPS location history and face biometric data. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.0.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":5.4},"cwes":["CWE-79"],"references":["https://github.com/immich-app/immich/security/advisories/GHSA-9qx4-67jm-cc66"],"products":["futo:immich"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:28:59.047572785+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-35455","score":0.00225,"percentile":0.13163,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
