Prior to version 4.5.90, the get_all_user_threads function constructs raw SQL queries using f-strings with unescaped thread IDs fetched from the database. An attacker stores a malicious thread ID via update_thread. When the application loads the thread list, the injected payload executes and grants full database access. This issue has been patched in version 4.5.90.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-89"],"references":["https://github.com/MervinPraison/PraisonAI/security/advisories/GHSA-9cq8-3v94-434g"],"products":["praison:praisonai"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:28:59.047572785+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-34934","score":0.00543,"percentile":0.45636,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-9cq8-3v94-434g","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-9cq8-3v94-434g","summary":"PraisonAI Has Second-Order SQL Injection in `get_all_user_threads`","modified":"2026-06-29T12:26:47.417889350Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai","ranges":["<4.5.90"],"fixed":["4.5.90"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-470","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-470","summary":"PraisonAI Has Second-Order SQL Injection in `get_all_user_threads`","modified":"2026-07-13T16:15:32.261315823Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"praisonai","purl":"pkg:pypi/praisonai","ranges":["<4.5.90"],"fixed":["4.5.90"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
