Versions 3.6.6 and below have a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the novo_memorandoo.php endpoint. An attacker can inject arbitrary JavaScript into the sccs GET parameter, which is directly echoed into the HTML response without any sanitization or encoding. The script /html/memorando/novo_memorandoo.php reads HTTP GET parameters to display dynamic success messages to the user. At approximately line 273, the code checks if $_GET['msg'] equals 'success'. If true, it directly concatenates $_GET['sccs'] into an HTML alert <div> and outputs it to the browser. This issue has been fixed in version 3.6.7.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":6.1},"cwes":["CWE-79"],"references":["https://github.com/LabRedesCefetRJ/WeGIA/pull/1459","https://github.com/LabRedesCefetRJ/WeGIA/releases/tag/3.6.7","https://github.com/LabRedesCefetRJ/WeGIA/security/advisories/GHSA-w5rv-5884-w94v","https://github.com/LabRedesCefetRJ/WeGIA/security/advisories/GHSA-w5rv-5884-w94v"],"products":["wegia:wegia"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:26:19.218427112+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-33135","score":0.00228,"percentile":0.13629,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
