Prior to 0.2.1, due to a mis-written NetworkPolicy, a malicious actor can pivot from a component to any other namespace. This breaks the security-by-default property expected as part of the deployment program, leading to a potential lateral movement. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.2.1.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:N/SC:H/SI:H/SA:H","score":7.1},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-284"],"references":["https://github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring/security/advisories/GHSA-7x23-j8gv-v54x"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:26:19.218427112+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-32720","score":0.00254,"percentile":0.17049,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-7x23-j8gv-v54x","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-7x23-j8gv-v54x","summary":"github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring Vulnerable to Improper Access Control","modified":"2026-03-26T21:11:11.886617Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring","ranges":["<0.2.1"],"fixed":["0.2.1"]}]},{"id":"GO-2026-4701","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GO-2026-4701","summary":"github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring Vulnerable to Improper Access Control","modified":"2026-03-26T21:00:17.621870Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/ctfer-io/monitoring","ranges":["<0.2.1"],"fixed":["0.2.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
