{"cve":"CVE-2026-32311","nvd":{"published":"2026-04-20T20:16:48.653","modified":"2026-10-26T22:10:00.163","status":"Analyzed","description":"Flowsint is an open-source OSINT graph exploration tool designed for cybersecurity investigation, transparency, and verification. Flowsint allows a user to create investigations, which are used to manage sketches and analyses. Sketches have controllable graphs, which are comprised of nodes and relationships. The sketches contain information on an OSINT target (usernames, websites, etc) within these nodes and relationships. The nodes can have automated processes execute on them called 'transformers'. A remote attacker can create a sketch, then trigger the 'org_to_asn' transform on an organization node to execute arbitrary OS commands as root on the host machine via shell metacharacters and a docker container escape. Commit b52cbbb904c8013b74308d58af88bc7dbb1b055c appears to remove the code that causes this issue.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:H/SI:H/SA:H/E:P","score":9.3},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-78"],"references":["https://github.com/reconurge/flowsint/commit/b52cbbb904c8013b74308d58af88bc7dbb1b055c","https://github.com/reconurge/flowsint/security/advisories/GHSA-9g44-8xv2-f2m9","https://github.com/reconurge/flowsint/security/advisories/GHSA-9g44-8xv2-f2m9"],"products":["flowsint:flowsint"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-26T22:26:44.656832877+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-32311","score":0.00506,"percentile":0.42952,"date":"2026-10-26"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
