Prior to 8.0.0.1, an inverted boolean condition in ControllerRouter::route() causes the admin/super ACL check to be enforced only for controllers that already have their own internal authorization (review, log), while leaving all other CDR controllers — alerts, ajax, edit, add, detail, browse — accessible to any authenticated user. This allows any logged-in user to suppress clinical decision support alerts system-wide, delete or modify clinical plans, and edit rule configurations — all operations intended to require administrator privileges. This vulnerability is fixed in 8.0.0.1.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:H","score":8.1},"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://github.com/openemr/openemr/security/advisories/GHSA-752v-x6m4-6cf8"],"products":["open-emr:openemr"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:25:53.701907451+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-32126","score":0.00278,"percentile":0.20229,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
