Prior to version 8.0.0.3, an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the fee sheet product save logic (`library/FeeSheet.class.php`) allows any authenticated user with fee sheet ACL access to delete, modify, or read `drug_sales` records belonging to arbitrary patients by manipulating the hidden `prod[][sale_id]` form field. The `save()` method uses the user-supplied `sale_id` in five SQL queries (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE) without verifying that the record belongs to the current patient and encounter. Version 8.0.0.3 contains a patch.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:L","score":6.3},"cwes":["CWE-639"],"references":["https://github.com/openemr/openemr/commit/c5b4dd8caf2af70617cc58d39188621ed90543dc","https://github.com/openemr/openemr/releases/tag/v8_0_0_3","https://github.com/openemr/openemr/security/advisories/GHSA-pvvj-mv7h-7847","https://github.com/openemr/openemr/security/advisories/GHSA-pvvj-mv7h-7847"],"products":["open-emr:openemr"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:28:18.033120106+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-32120","score":0.00264,"percentile":0.18248,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
