Prior to version 0.3.0, a DNS rebinding vulnerability in the web_fetch tool allows an unauthenticated attacker to bypass URL validation and access internal resources on the server, including private IP addresses (e.g., 127.0.0.1, 192.168.x.x). By crafting a malicious domain that resolves to a public IP during validation and subsequently resolves to a private IP during execution, an attacker can access sensitive local services and potentially exfiltrate data. This issue has been patched in version 0.3.0.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://github.com/Tencent/WeKnora/security/advisories/GHSA-h6gw-8f77-mmmp"],"products":["tencent:weknora"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:25:53.701907451+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-30858","score":0.00369,"percentile":0.30878,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-h6gw-8f77-mmmp","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-h6gw-8f77-mmmp","summary":"WeKnora has DNS Rebinding Vulnerability in web_fetch Tool that Allows SSRF to Internal Resources","modified":"2026-03-23T04:56:11.594608642Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/Tencent/WeKnora","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/Tencent/WeKnora","ranges":["<0.3.0"],"fixed":["0.3.0"]}]},{"id":"GO-2026-4643","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GO-2026-4643","summary":"WeKnora has DNS Rebinding Vulnerability in web_fetch Tool that Allows SSRF to Internal Resources in github.com/Tencent/WeKnora","modified":"2026-03-23T04:52:48.220979Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/Tencent/WeKnora","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/Tencent/WeKnora","ranges":["all versions"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
