The fix was released in version 0.3.6 which introduces the setUrlAccessPolicy() method allowing server operators to define URL access rules. A warning is now logged when pdfmake is used server-side without a policy configured.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://github.com/bpampuch/pdfmake","https://github.com/bpampuch/pdfmake/blob/master/src/URLResolver.js","https://github.com/bpampuch/pdfmake/pull/2920","https://github.com/bpampuch/pdfmake/releases/tag/0.3.6","https://mariopepe.github.io/cve-2026-26801-pdfmake-ssrf"],"products":["pdfmake:pdfmake"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:25:53.701907451+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-26801","score":0.00511,"percentile":0.43587,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-wp52-r2fp-4vmr","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-wp52-r2fp-4vmr","summary":"pdfmake is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF)","modified":"2026-03-19T16:49:29.331008Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"pdfmake","purl":"pkg:npm/pdfmake","ranges":[">=0.3.0-beta.2 <0.3.6"],"fixed":["0.3.6"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
