The application accepts user-supplied URLs and performs server-side HTTP or HTTPS requests without sufficient validation or destination restrictions. The implementation does not enforce allowlists, block internal or private IP address ranges, or apply request timeouts or response size limits. An attacker can abuse this behavior to induce the server to issue outbound requests to arbitrary hosts, including internal network resources, potentially enabling internal network scanning and denial of service through resource exhaustion.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:L/SI:L/SA:L","score":6.9},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:N/I:L/A:N","score":5.8},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://github.com/doramart/DoraCMS/issues/268","https://www.doracms.net/","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/doracms-ueditor-remote-image-fetch-ssrf","https://github.com/doramart/DoraCMS/issues/268"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:23:35.260773158+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-25870","score":0.00336,"percentile":0.27001,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
