{"cve":"CVE-2026-25869","nvd":{"published":"2026-02-11T16:16:06.813","modified":"2026-07-14T16:16:56.190","status":"Analyzed","description":"MiniGal Nano versions 0.3.5 and prior contain a path traversal vulnerability in index.php via the dir parameter. The application appends user-controlled input to the photos directory and attempts to prevent traversal by removing dot-dot sequences, but this protection can be bypassed using crafted directory patterns. An attacker can exploit this behavior to cause the application to enumerate and display image files from unintended filesystem locations that are readable by the web server, resulting in unintended information disclosure.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":6.9},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-22"],"references":["https://sourceforge.net/projects/minigalnano/","https://web.archive.org/web/20180330004313/http://www.minigal.dk/minigal-nano.html","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/minigal-nano-path-traversal-via-dir-parameter"],"products":["rybber:minigal_nano"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:23:35.260773158+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-25869","score":0.00581,"percentile":0.47771,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
