{"cve":"CVE-2026-2504","nvd":{"published":"2026-02-19T07:17:46.740","modified":"2026-06-17T10:31:12.337","status":"Deferred","description":"The Dealia – Request a quote plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to missing capability checks on multiple AJAX handlers in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.7. The admin nonce (DEALIA_ADMIN_NONCE) is exposed to all users with edit_posts capability (Contributor+) via wp_localize_script() in PostsController.php, while the AJAX handlers in AdminSettingsController.php only verify the nonce without checking current_user_can('manage_options'). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to reset the plugin configuration.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N","score":4.3},"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dealia-request-a-quote/tags/1.0.6/src/Controllers/AdminSettingsController.php#L243","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dealia-request-a-quote/tags/1.0.6/src/Controllers/AdminSettingsController.php#L309","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dealia-request-a-quote/tags/1.0.6/src/Controllers/AdminSettingsController.php#L416","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dealia-request-a-quote/tags/1.0.6/src/Controllers/PostsController.php#L49","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dealia-request-a-quote/trunk/src/Controllers/AdminSettingsController.php#L243"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:23:35.260773158+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-2504","score":0.00242,"percentile":0.15435,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
